Great service with great products
I actually bought my first T20s in March of 2020. Recently the base charger would not recharge and I decided to replace it rather than try a new vaping system.
Once you master filling the T20s with liquid (you must take off the black top to get the coil completely seated), the pen works flawlessly.
I like that the button to engage the coil is flush with the base, so it does not accidentally discharge in your pocket. It's lightweight and durable.

My first one lasted a year. I dropped it and managed to break the whole unit. On my second one now. Very reliable, just don't drop it!
